We would like to inform you that, as per the official ordinance issued by the Municipality of Vicenza, all schools in the city will be required to close early on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, due to the arrival of the 13th stage of the Giro d’Italia cycling race and the resulting restrictions to traffic and public transport.
To ensure a smooth and safe dismissal for all students, we have arranged the following staggered pick-up times:
- MYP/DP: 11:30 AM
- PYP: 11:45 AM
- EYU: between 12:00 and 12:15 PM (please kindly note that lunch will not be provided on this day)
We kindly ask for your support in respecting these times to help us manage the day safely and efficiently.
