- Parking:<\/strong> Use of the adjacent Diocese parking lot is allowed for the event. Please access through the gated entrance on Viale Rodolfi 14\/16 (across from the hospital parking lot). The barrier at the gate will remain open from 17.45 to 18.30.<\/strong> Signs will direct you to the rear EY school entrance door. We encourage families to walk, cycle or carpool to the event where possible, and please try to limit just 1 car per family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
When exiting the car park:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-by car the barrier will open automatically as you approach it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-on foot, using the red button on the left side of the pedestrian gate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Food & Drink:<\/strong> A complimentary aperitivo buffet, prosecco & soft drinks will be provided by the school & our catering company Euroristorazione. A special thank you to Stefano and team for preparing a delicious menu for you to enjoy! <\/em><\/strong>Additionally, two delicious food trucks will cure any lingering hunger, and cash and cards will be accepted. And we can’t forget ice cream, popcorn and cotton candy available and payable with tickets!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Carnival Tickets & Games: <\/strong>The PTA have organised some fantastic games and activities for all ages to enjoy. Tickets for games can be purchased upon arrival (1\u20ac\/ticket, cash only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Please note that all after school clubs are cancelled so regular pick up time for each programme applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
