We would like to inform you that the swimming lessons for Nursery 1, Nursery 2 and Reception will begin on February 5th and will end on May 14th.
The lessons will be held on Thursday at the Swimming Center in Viale Ferrarin (Vicenza).
Should the number of students be too high, the Reception class will attend lessons on Monday. We will inform you of the final day once all registrations have been collected.
The private bus for the pool will leave school at 8.50 am. Please make sure you are punctual.
If you are interested, please register before Friday, January 23 via the online platform (You will find the H-IS Platform in Glide, Info tab, next to parents area. Then select “Extra Activities” and the “Swimming lessons 2nd cycle”)
The cost will be €150, including transportation.
Participation in the course will be confirmed only with advanced payment, otherwise students cannot be added.
Children who choose not to do the course will stay at school during that time, supervised by an Early Years teacher.
Children who choose to follow the course need to bring a bag with:
- Bathing suit
- Flip-flops
- Bathrobe
- Swimming cap
IMPORTANT: please write your child’s name on each piece of clothing.
If you are available to help the children in the changing room (at 10.00 am), please inform the teachers.
We would also like to kindly ask you to avoid giving food to the children. A snack will be given to the children by the teachers at the end of the swimming lesson, to better manage the provision of snacks also to children who follow special diets.
