This year, we are delighted to welcome Vivenda as our new canteen provider, a company that brings over 45 years of experience in collective catering and a strong track record with some of Italy’s most respected international schools, including St. Stephen’s School in Rome, St. George’s English School, the International School of Bologna, and the Lycée Chateaubriand, among others.
Vivenda’s approach to school dining goes well beyond the plate. Menus are designed by nutrition professionals using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on balance, variety, and age-appropriate nutritional needs. Each day of the week has its own theme, from Multiethnic Tuesday to International Thursday and Low Environmental Friday, weaving food education, cultural curiosity, and sustainability into the daily rhythm of school life.
We also welcome a new addition to our beloved canteen staff: Chef Selenia!
Selenia brings hands-on experience from the international school environment and a genuine passion for quality.
We are also excited to share that the canteen space itself will be going through a make-over during the school year, to create an environment that feels even more in tune with the spirit of H-FARM International School Vicenza. More on that to come.
