On Tuesday 28th May , MYP4 students will take part in an educational trip to the Museo della Grande Guerra in Roana. Travelling by bus, students will depart from school at 8:30 AM and return at approximately 3:30 PM.
The visit is part of the students’ ongoing exploration of 20th-century history and aims to deepen their understanding of World War I through historical artifacts, personal stories and guided interpretation. The experience will give students the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real historical evidence and gain a deeper appreciation of the impact of the war.
During the day, students will also have lunch at Rifugio Kubelek. The trip will be supervised by Ms Parker and Ms Elridge, and the cost is already included in the trip fee.
The excursion promises to be both educational and engaging, offering students a valuable opportunity to explore an important part of history outside the classroom.
