On Wednesday, January 14th the MYP5 students will take part in an educational visit to the Caseificio Sociale Ponte di Barbarano, accompanied by Ms Young and Ms Elridge.
This visit will offer students the opportunity to learn about traditional cheese production and to explore themes related to sustainability, local culture, and responsible food production. Through this experience, students will connect classroom learning with real-world practices and gain a deeper understanding of local traditions.
