In view of Holocaust Remembrance Day 2026, MYP4 students will take part to an event organized by the CISL, CGIL, and UIL Pensioners’ Associations of Vicenza on Friday, 30 January 2026.
The event will take place in Vicenza, at the Basilica Palladiana (Olimpichetto), during the morning (approximately from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm).
The initiative is designed as a meaningful intergenerational meeting, involving both pensioners from the organizing associations and selected classes from local schools. Its aim is to encourage dialogue between generations and promote awareness of historical memory in a respectful and engaging way.
The programme will include a musical reading curated by Matteo Corradini, accompanied by the Vicenza choir and orchestra. The narrative and artistic structure has been designed to engage younger generations and to address the themes of memory in a participatory and respectful manner.
