On Tuesday November 5th, MYP2 class will be discovering the art of the Vicenza Renaissance at Palazzo Chiericati. They will be walking by foot to Vicenza centre accompanied by Mr Rinaldi and Ms Eldirdge. The visit will be from 10 to 12am.
An art expert and a violinist from the Orchestra of the Teatro Olimpico will interact using 16th-century iconographic sources, delving into topics related to both art and music. They will also offer a series of listening sessions featuring pieces from the late Baroque repertoire. The workshop “Sounds and Colors,” inspired by Kandinsky’s ideas, will conclude the journey. Sound and rhythmic stimuli introduced by the musician will be reinterpreted by the students, who will then create their own personal artworks.
You can find it as usual in Glide, Parents Area, School Trips!
