On Tuesday, 10 November 2026, our MYP5 students will take part in an educational trip to the Caseificio Sociale Ponte di Barbarano, where they will have the opportunity to explore the production processes involved in the dairy industry.
As part of their first unit on Methods of Production, students will enjoy a guided visit to the cheese factory, gaining first-hand insights into the different stages of production, as well as the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems implemented at the factory and its storage facility. This experience will allow students to connect their classroom learning with real-world industrial practices and develop a deeper understanding of production methods and quality management.
Students will be accompanied by Ms Young and Mr Azizafar. They will depart by bus at 08:30 and are expected to return to school at approximately 12:00. Students will have lunch at school as usual.
